Job Description
What You'll Need To Do
- Evaluate roof dimensions and conditions in conjunction with site plans for the installation of solar panels
- Lay out and install of all rooftop solar components including flashing, mounting structures, power electronics and solar panels following site plans and engineering diagrams
- Basic wiring and connection of solar panels and rooftop power electronics based on wiring diagram
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all work is done safely and in accordance with OSHA standards
- Ensure that all work is done at the highest level of quality
- Maintain a clean work site and leave the building owner’s property in the same or better condition than when you arrived
- Be reliable and arrive to company locations or jobsites on time
Requirements
- Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
- Must be able to carry 50 pounds up a ladder
- Must have valid drivers license
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Good communication and attitude and ability to work in a team
