Everyone was amazing in helping us complete our solar project. Fair price and great/timely work. They were also incredible knowledgeable dealing with a ton of our questions.
These folks installed a 27-panel system on my house in October 2025. They listened carefully to my needs in the design process and were open to iterating a bit to get the system just right. Installation was smooth and quick and they handled all the paperwork with PECO, etc. flawlessly. Excellent experience!
I was looking for a local company that had a history of good service, but also had expertise in solar. O’Donnell Solar has both. They have been great to work with, have answered all my questions, and contacted and supported me after the installation to ensure everything was going well.
Everyone at O'Donnell Solar was dedicated and hardworking. Given the circumstances of the residential energy tax credit being prematurely expired by Congress, they had a surge of installations to finish by the end of 2025. They got my install done before the deadline, and they were responsive and diligent at addressing all of my concerns and issues. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a solar installer.
O'Donnell did a great job on my project . Installed an enphase system and everything went smooth from day 1 . The process was easy and faster than I thought it would be . This should help me eliminate all gas from my house since I can swap to a heat pump .

O’Donnell Solar did a fantastic job designing and installing our solar panel system, as well as shepherding our system through the PECO interconnection process. Every individual on their team is professional, knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Special shout out to Brett, our project manager, for being incredibly patient with all of our questions. O’Donnell did an amazing job from start to finish. They worked closely with our homeowners association to make sure we met all the standards. They installed the panels on time and on budget, and made sure the connections with our electric company went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier.
Chris Fisher and O'Donnell Solar did an outstanding job installing solar panels on our home. Chris provided outstanding service and was always ready to answer any questions I had. The panels on our home include a hidden conduit, trim skirt and critter guard and the result was a great functioning solar panel system that looks sleek. O'Donnell also runs a roofing company (O'Donnell roofing) that has been in business for 100 years and their solar company has been in business for 20 years. My system has a 25-year warranty on everything including labor and I am extremely pleased with O'Donnell Solar, their products, installation and service. I highly recommend O'Donnell Solar.
O'Donnell Solar did a great job on my panel installation. They installed 9 new panels for me and diagnosed a connection problem left by the prior contractor, and so now I'm back up to full capacity and enjoying sun-juice rather than paying PECO. They were prompt and were here when they said they would be, and moreover they were fast, professional and cost effective! Check them out!
I fully recommend O'Donnell Solar and O'Donnell Roofing. Their roof crews did a great job of the installation. They work *really* hard up there. They cleared up carefully and were very considerate. The team managers (Chris, Mike) gave us an excellent set of roof plans and solar design arrangements (better than others I had got quotes from) and set reasonable expectations about time frames and performance of their products. Why did I choose them? Most importantly, these are sister companies, so I knew that there would be no finger pointing if a leak arose! Which it hasn't! Their warranties (Certainteed, etc) seem better than the other providers. They did not do a hard sell. They are a family business. They were honest and open. Most of all, they kept checking in (Jon, Mike) to see if everything was done the way we wanted and they remedied small issues proactively, including things we had not noticed. It looks GREAT. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to you all.
